PACK IT 2 FABRIC - PRIVACY NOTICE

This notice explains what data Pack It 2 Fabric (the "Software") uses and why.

1. YOUR FILES STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
Addons, worlds, textures, and the mods the Software makes are processed on your device.
We do not upload them.

2. TRIAL AND LICENSE CHECKS
When you start the free trial or activate a product key, and from time to time after that,
the Software sends to our license server:
- your product key, if you have one;
- a device identifier (a one-way hash made from your device, not your name or files).
We use this only to give each computer one free trial, check the key, limit how many
computers use it at once to the seats you pay for, and stop shared keys.
The Software is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data
from them.

3. PAYMENTS AND INVOICES
Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Each purchase is a single payment;
nothing is charged automatically later. Stripe collects your name, email, billing details,
and payment details under its own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). If you buy
as a business, the company name and tax or VAT number you enter are put on your invoice.
From each purchase we keep only the name on your invoice, what you bought (seats and days),
the amount paid, and which key it went to. Your email, address and tax number stay with
Stripe on your invoice; we do not keep a copy. A new key is shown on the thank-you page for 24 hours; after
that we keep only a one-way hash of it. We never see your full card number.

4. DOWNLOADS THE SOFTWARE MAKES
To build mods, the Software downloads tools and data from these services. Each one can see
your IP address, like any website:
- meta.fabricmc.net and maven.fabricmc.net (Fabric versions and libraries);
- api.modrinth.com (Fabric API version lookup);
- api.adoptium.net, github.com and services.gradle.org (the Java JDK and Gradle; these
come with the installer, so they are only downloaded if they are missing);
- Mojang servers such as piston-meta.mojang.com, libraries.minecraft.net and
resources.download.minecraft.net (Minecraft game files used to build the mod);
- Maven repositories used by Gradle (libraries for the mod build).

5. UPDATES
When the installed Software starts, it checks primestrat.dev once for a new version.
It downloads an update only if you agree. The check sends no product key or device
identifier; like any website, our server can see your IP address and the Software version
asking.

6. LOCAL DATA
The Software keeps caches, settings, recent conversions, and logs in your local app data
folder. You can delete that folder at any time. Logs shorten paths inside that folder so
they do not show your user name.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
We keep license records for as long as the key is valid and as long as the law requires
for tax and accounting records.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data, where the law allows. Some records
must be kept by law. Contact us at [email protected]. We answer within one month.

9. CHANGES
If this notice changes, the new version will ship with the Software.
